Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and request details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature; these exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or using discount codes, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Any gift cards or store credits used for the purchase will be reinstated to your account rather than refunded as cash.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order number, payment method details, and the date of your refund request. We will investigate the matter and keep you updated on our findings.

In cases where a refund is shown as processed on our end but not received by you, we may require you to provide documentation from your financial institution to assist with the investigation. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve any refund discrepancies.
